About GCCAC

Chartered on April 13, 2014, as a culmination of a two-year effort to establish the first African-American Greek organization in the Columbia County area, the Greater Columbia County Alumnae Chapter (GCCAC) became the 1033rd chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., servicing the areas of Appling, Chennault, Evans, Grovetown, Harlem, Lincolnton, and Martinez through community based programs consistent with the sorority's Five-Point Programmatic Thrust.

GCCAC consists of a diverse group of Sorors who have distinguished themselves in myriad professions, gladly utilizing their talents to uphold the ideals of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Gathered with purpose, Called to service, Created in unity & Always Committed to their community, the women of the Greater Columbia County Alumnae Chapter are setting a standard of "Greatness" to positively impact the areas in which they serve, making the chapter a force to be reckoned with.
